• Your keywords: The keywords you want us to track across platforms like Reddit, YouTube, and Facebook
• Your content: Knowledge bases, rules, and writing examples you create to help us generate better responses
• Usage info: Basic analytics like how many keywords you're tracking and how many mentions we've found (just to show you stats)

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Track your keywords and find mentions on the platforms you choose
• Generate AI responses based on your knowledge base and rules
• Post responses when you approve them
• Process payments securely through Stripe (we don't store your card details)
• Send you important updates about your account or our service
• Help improve our service based on how it's used

We Don't Sell Your Data

We never sell, trade, or rent your personal information. The only times we share data are:

• When you explicitly ask us to (like posting a response to Reddit)
• With essential service providers (like our hosting provider and Stripe for payments)
• If required by law (we hope this never happens)

Keeping Your Data Safe

We take security seriously. We use secure authentication and follow best practices to protect your information. That said, nothing on the internet is 100% secure, so we do our best.

Your Rights

You're in control of your data. You can:

• See all the data we have about you
• Update or correct your information anytime
• Delete your account and all your data (just contact us)

Age Requirement

Traking is for people 13 and older. If you're under 13, please don't use our service.
