These terms explain how you can use Traking and what we expect from each other. By using our service, you're agreeing to these terms.

What Traking Does

Traking is a keyword tracking and response generation service. We help you:

  • Track keywords across platforms like Reddit, YouTube, Facebook, and Bluesky
  • Generate AI-powered responses to mentions using your knowledge base and rules
  • Post responses to social platforms when you approve them
  • Manage multiple workspaces, keywords, and content templates

Your Account

When you sign up, you're responsible for:

  • Keeping your account secure (we use Google sign-in, so make sure to protect your Google account)
  • All activities that happen under your account
  • Providing accurate information when you sign up
  • Not sharing your account with others

Subscriptions and Payments

We offer different subscription tiers with various limits and features:

  • Payments are handled securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel
  • You can cancel your subscription anytime—your access continues until the end of your billing period
  • We may change our pricing, but we'll let you know in advance if you're affected
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis (contact us if you have questions)

Your Content and Responsibilities

You own the content you create (keywords, knowledge bases, rules, etc.). When you use Traking, you agree to:

  • Not use the service for anything illegal or harmful
  • Not post spam, harassment, or abusive content
  • Follow the terms of service of the platforms you're posting to (Reddit, YouTube, etc.)
  • Understand that AI-generated responses are suggestions—you're responsible for what you post
  • Respect intellectual property rights and not infringe on others' content

Service Availability

We do our best to keep Traking running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it'll always be available. Sometimes we need to:

  • Perform maintenance or updates
  • Handle unexpected technical issues
  • Make changes to improve the service

We'll try to give you a heads up about planned maintenance, but we can't promise it'll always be possible.

Limitations

While we work hard to make Traking great, we can't guarantee it'll be perfect. We're not responsible for:

  • Any losses or damages from using (or not being able to use) our service
  • Issues with third-party platforms (like Reddit API changes or downtime)
  • How your generated content performs after you post it
  • Any indirect or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to what you paid us in the past 12 months.

Termination

Either of us can end this relationship anytime. You can delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these terms
  • Are used for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Abuse the service or other users

If we terminate your account, we'll let you know why (if possible) and you'll lose access immediately.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time as our service evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and try to notify you. Your continued use of Traking means you accept the updated terms.
